Tom Stusek offers his clientele a full range of legal services, with particular emphasis on the areas of individual and farm/ranch estate planning, corporate and partnership law, federal and state taxation (including Offers in Compromise, US Tax Court and MT Dept. of Revenue proceedings), probate and trust administration and real estate (water rights, 1031 exchanges, easements, contracts, deeds, subdivision law, debt instruments). He has 40 years of experience in these areas.

Prior to entering private practice, Tom was a hearings examiner of corporate franchise tax cases with the Ohio Department of Taxation. He regularly conducts attorney C.L.E. seminars in his areas of expertise for National Business Institute, Eau Claire, WI and others. Tom has been licensed in Ohio (1977), Florida (1982), and Montana (1984). He received his B.A. degree, with honors, from John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio, his J.D. degree, with honors, from Cleveland State University, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida. He also has held a Montana Real Estate License since 1999.
